Using the Pilates Reformer machine, these small-group sessions provide targeted resistance training, helping you build lean muscle, improve posture, and refine technique with spring-loaded support and challenge.
Reformer Fundamentals
Designed for those who are new to Pilates. A full body workout using spring loaded resistance conducted on the Pilates Reformer. Tones arms, legs and abdominals and improves posture and flexibility. Lengthens and strengthens muscles without building bulk. Adjustable springs allow for all levels of ability. Suitable for those recovering from injury and postnatal clients.
Reformer Total Body
This class is the next level of progression for Reformer Fundamentals. Exercises become more challenging, each part of your body will be targeted to get an all over workout, using various training modalities to target all major muscle groups focusing on strength, conditioning, range of motion, core and pelvic stability.
Reformer Balance
This fun and challenging reformer class will feature a range of exercises aimed to improve your balance, flexibility and posture. The reformer and a variety of props will be used to assist with support and stability. Build confidence and create a greater balance and efficiency to help prevent injury in the future. An all over body workout that focuses on lengthening and strengthening all muscle groups while assisting you in achieving a total Wellness of body. Open to all levels.

Yoga Fundamentals
If you are new to yoga or want to refresh your knowledge, this class is for you! We slow down the pace and take a deeper dive into breaking down the poses. We start to delve into breathing techniques and mindfulness helping you to differentiate yoga from other forms of exercise as you strengthen your body and calm your mind.
Yoga Flow
These balanced classes can be modified to suit all levels. They establish an excellent grounding for a confident physical practice and relaxed mind. We focus on creating fun and creative sequences to allow students to focus on breath and alignment whilst building strength and flexibility.
Super Flow / Restorative Yoga
This class is aimed at all levels of yoga as it incorporates a short yoga flow practice along with a restorative practice to help you feel relaxed but also ready to take on the day.
