Our Essentials Classes are designed for those looking to establish a solid foundation in movement, flexibility, and strength. Pilates Matwork

A whole body Pilates workout, utilising Matwork exercises and small apparatus equipment, such as small balls, theraband, free weights, magic-circles and foam rollers. Suitable for all levels.

Stretch and Release

Designed to target commonly tight and tense areas of the body. The class combines the use of Pilates moves, foam rollers, stretching straps and other assistive equipment to free the body of tension.

Pilates Barre/Mat Fusion

A full body workout that combines the precision of Pilates with the sculpting techniques of Barre. This dynamic class is conducted in combination with ballet barre and mat. Expect low impact, high repetition movements to enhance muscle tone, core strength and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Barre Pilates

Barre classes are a cardio fusion of pilates and yoga techniques to create strength and flexibility. These dynamic classes are combined with music to ensure you not only tone and burn calories… But have fun doing it! Come prepared to find your inner dance, or laugh trying. No dance experience necessary.

Power Pilates

This low impact intense class includes a Reformer component and incorporates a variety of props including Stability Ball, Bands, Body Bar, Dumbbells or TRX. These powerful sequences will challenge your entire body focusing on building strength, increasing lean muscle and improving flexibility and endurance.

Yoga Flow

These balanced classes can be modified to suit all levels. They establish an excellent grounding for a confident physical practice and relaxed mind. We focus on creating fun and creative sequences to allow students to focus on breath and alignment whilst building strength and flexibility.

Yoga Fundamentals

If you are new to yoga or want to refresh your knowledge, this class is for you! We slow down the pace and take a deeper dive into breaking down the poses. We start to delve into breathing techniques and mindfulness helping you to differentiate yoga from other forms of exercise as you strengthen your body and calm your mind.

Yoga Restorative Yin

A holistic practice which is essential for bringing some balance back into your life. It focuses on mobilising your body through a calming sequence and nourishing your mind through breath awareness and mindfulness techniques. A great compliment to more strenuous forms of exercise to enable your body to heal and restore for longevity of practice.
