Yoga Fundamentals

If you are new to yoga or want to refresh your knowledge, this class is for you! We slow down the pace and take a deeper dive into breaking down the poses. We start to delve into breathing techniques and mindfulness helping you to differentiate yoga from other forms of exercise as you strengthen your body and calm your mind. In each session you receive the attention you deserve.

Yoga Flow

These balanced classes can be modified to suit all levels. They establish an excellent grounding for a confident physical practice and relaxed mind. We focus on creating fun and creative sequences to allow students to focus on breath and alignment whilst building strength and flexibility.

Yoga Restore

A holistic practice which is essential for bringing some balance back into your life. It focuses on mobilising your body through a calming sequence and nourishing your mind through breath awareness and mindfulness techniques. A great compliment to more strenuous forms of exercise to enable your body to heal and restore for longevity of practice.

These sessions are a great way for beginners or those with injuries to be introduced to the techniques and principles of Yoga and Pilates.

Pilates Privates

Private Pilates classes will work on the reformer, mat and other studio equipment for more specific individual needs.

Yoga Privates

Private Yoga classes are tailored to the individual and can focus on physical postures, meditation, breathing techniques or other areas of yoga theory.
